All new clients begin with the New Client Trial, a discounted pack of three private Pilates sessions. This allows us to establish a strong foundation, assess needs, and make sure we’re a good fit for one another.
If you’re new to Pilates, we’ll take the time to establish key principles. If you’re more experienced, we’ll move efficiently to meet you where you are. Either way, these sessions set you up for safe, effective, and sustainable progress.
After completing your trial, you’ll choose the option that best supports your goals. Many clients continue with private sessions, while others transition into duets or small group classes. The choice is yours!

Hi, I’m Danielle—a junior apprentice Pilates instructor training through Balanced Body.
I help people build strength that lasts, reconnect with their bodies, and create movement habits that support their lives long-term.
My approach is highly personalized and education-focused. Every client moves differently, so each session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your needs. I place a strong emphasis on proper form, alignment, breath, and slow, controlled movement — because in Pilates, less is often more.
As part of my certification process, I’m currently offering sessions at apprentice rates while I complete my required student teaching hours. Clients receive the same thoughtful, detail-oriented instruction — just at a deeply discounted rate.
Above all, I aim to give you more than just a workout. I want you to feel strong, capable, confident, and deeply connected to your body — both inside and outside the studio.

It strengthens the body from the inside out — building stability, mobility, and coordination through intentional, functional movement. While Pilates has been around for nearly a century, its core principles remain timeless. If you’re new, don’t worry — this studio is a learning environment. All levels are welcome, and curiosity is encouraged.
