All new clients start with a pack of 3 private sessions. To book the trial, click here. You will be asked to sign the liability waiver and studio policies, pay, and then complete an intake form. As soon as those steps are complete, I'll reach out to schedule your first session.
Not at all! Pilates is beginner-friendly and this studio is an educational environment. Come as you are!
We'll spend the first few minutes reviewing your intake form and clarifying any questions. Then we'll jump right into things! If you're new to Pilates, we'll focus on learning some of the foundational principles. If you're experienced with Pilates, we'll quickly move on to a workout that is appropriate for your level.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for free movement. Avoid zippers, buttons, buckles, bulky jewelry, or anything else that may damage equipment. Make sure to tie back long hair and don't forget to bring a water bottle and grippy socks!
Yes! You can park anywhere available in the driveway, park on the street for free, or park directly across the street in the parking lot of St. Edward's church. Whatever you're most comfortable with!
Yes, there is a single shower that can be used.
All sessions are 50 minutes and begin at the top of the hour. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals—your session may still end at its scheduled time. All sessions are by appointment only. Appointments must be booked or cancelled by 8pm the night before to avoid cancellation fees or loss of a session. All sales are final. Packages are non-transferable and do not expire. Membership downgrades and cancellations require a 4 weeks’ written notice. The rest of the studio policies can be found here.
I will reach out to you to schedule your first session as soon as your intake form is complete. To schedule any other session, please contact me.
There are 2 top-of-the-line Studio reformers by Balanced Body. These reformers accommodate bodies of all different shapes and sizes. We also use all natural cork yoga mats, Pilates rings, physio balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, rollers, and more!
Think of a pack like a punch card. Private, duet, and sauna sessions are all sold in packs. You can buy a single session, a 5-pack, or a 10-pack. They do not expire, so you can use them at your own pace. Group classes are sold on a reserved-seat model – like you're renting a spot each week. This means that you commit to coming to class each week at the same time. Group drop-ins will only be available if weekly seats are unfilled.
Children of any age may attend a private or duet session so long as they can remain safely contained. For group sessions, children are welcome so long as they are mature enough to sit quietly and independently.
